  • The shipping cost will be calculated based on your final destination and the Moss model you choose. Prices range from 3,000 to 10,000 euros, inclusive of crane services and on-site delivery!

  • The installation time can vary depending on your specific site conditions, but in most cases, it takes between half a day to two days.

  • Absolutely, you have the freedom to customize a wide range of features in the home, including the colors, furniture, and layout.   • While we strive to adhere to passive house principles as closely as possible, Moss is not officially a certified passive house. However, the construction techniques and materials we use are very much in line with passive house standards, maximizing energy efficiency and sustainability wherever we can.

  • Our houses are engineered to endure the test of time. We conservatively estimate to span over 100 years.
