So we’ve reimagined how homes are made — combining beautiful design, off-site precision, and the healthiest natural materials we could find. The result? A home that arrives on your land, ready to live in, designed to beyond all rejuvenate and give back!

We're a small and effective — Two New Zealander architect & interior designers and a French real estate pro — and we work directly with you, from first idea to front door. Our pricing is fixed, our process straightforward, and every home is thoughtfully designed—with purpose and a deep commitment to caring for both you and the environment it inhabits.

OUR PROCESS

We created Moss Houses as an alternative to the generally time-consuming and confusing process of building a high-end, architecturally designed home. 

Meticulous functionality is pre-designed into our base models so that we are able to focus on a client’s specific needs and preferences from the start, simplifying the process and expediting the timeline.
