Ready for the Moss adventure? Let's design and quote it accurately!

When all the Moss house options are approved by you, we will provide a comprehensive overview of your future Moss House, including a detailed quote with final prices.

At this stage, you will have the opportunity to make any last-minute revisions before giving your final approval.

Upon reaching a mutual agreement on all aspects of the project, we will proceed to send you the contract along with the first payment requirement of 900 euros!

This fee will be deducted from the final price and covers floor plans, elevations, sections, and initial foundation design, all essential for the permit application process.

Congratulations, the process of purchasing your Moss House has commenced ! Exciting times ahead!

Feasibility assessment

The feasibility assessment is all about the logistics - before you get too enthused about a Moss House it’s important to know if your land, location and council will accommodate one. We’ll discuss truck accessibility, review of the building location, orientation, foundation options, and site-specific requirements. It also includes budgetary estimates with regard to shipping, crane work and on-site installation.

Pre-production plan

Once all architectural, engineering, and certification documentation is completed, and all the drawings and accompanying documentation are compiled, it is time to submit the package for Building Permits at the local planning office.

A 50% Manufacturing Down Payment is necessary to start step 5

We finally moved on to the construction stage.

During this phase, we will keep you updated with regular emails or WhatsApp messages, providing you with pictures and updates at key stages of the construction process.

Simultaneously, your local contractor will begin site preparation and foundation work to ensure everything is ready for the installation of your Moss house.

Once the construction of your Moss house is completed at our workshop, we will require an additional 40% manufacturing down payment before starting Step 6.

Delivery and installation

When your site is confirmed ready, we book the crane and trucks and send our Moss House team to your location. 30 days before shipping, you'll receive updated payment details for shipping, crane, and installation.

Before the shipping date, the final 10% payment is due. Our team coordinates with the Crane Operator to place your Moss House on the foundation and connect site utilities.

  • We finally moved on to the construction stage. Another 40% Manufacturing Down Payment is necessary to be deposited prior to the manufacturing start date.

    Production is follow-up ! At key stages of construction, we will provide updates and pictures of your MOSS HOUSE per email or whats app.

    More or less at the same time, your local contractor begins site preparation and foundation work. Upon completion of your MOSS in our construction facility,

  • Once your site is confirmed ready, we book the crane and trucks and send our MOSS HOUSE team to your location. 30 days before shipping, you'll receive updated payment details for shipping, crane, and installation.

    Before the shipping date, the final 20% payment is due. Our team coordinates with the Crane Operator to place your MOSS HOUSE on the foundation and connect site utilities.
